Want to keep your hook-on headboard and footboard, but you'd love a bigger bed? The 582 bed rails fit to existing Twin or Full (Double) hook-on headboard and footboard to allow them to fit a Twin XL or Full XL mattress and box spring.

  • Includes brackets at both ends
  • Attaches to hook-on headboards and footboards (both headboard and footboard must be used)
  • Fits most standard sized Twin or Full bolt-on headboard/footboards
  • Replaces Twin or Full (Double) bed frame
  • Constructed from sturdy steel

Our rails are designed to provide lasting durability and support. No slats are included, so for extra support or larger sized mattress/box spring sets, slats may be needed.
